Washable nappies are really easy to use. There are lots of fantastic modern designs available in a range of prices. You can wash your nappies yourself or use a local laundry service.
If you think they'll be too expensive, you can make use of our low cost nappy loan scheme which is open to all East Sussex parents (sorry not Brighton & Hove). You borrow the nappies for as long as you like for a small fee and when you're baby's too big for them, you hand them back and we'll wash them and pass on to another family.
